Pure sea moss gel (with no infusion) is mild in taste. It has the consistency of jello & the texture of applesauce. Because of the mild flavor sea moss gel is very divsered & can be put it in almost anything without alternating the flavor of what you put it in. Each of the different infusions (Elderberry, Turmeric) will come with their own distinct taste, but all are hardly noticeable in smoothies or flavored beverages.
As a dietary supplement, we suggest taken 1-2 tablespoons daily.
Yes. When you receive your sea moss, immediately store in the fridge, it may have become warm during the shipping process. Please don't worry. Sea moss is essentially gelatinous rock and does not age like normal food products. For best results and optimal consistency, refrigerate overnight before opening and keep refrigerated between uses.
Sea moss gel (including infused) last 3-4 weeks in the fridge.
Sea moss can remain frozen for up to 12 months from the date of purchase.

We don't recommend it. Sea moss gel is highly concentrated and should be diluted for proper mineral absorption, as well as a pleasant taste. The most popular method of consumption is mixing the gel into smoothies, but you may use any beverage you wish!
